The process for all registrars is basically the same - you go to their web site and log in to their "control panel." From there, you need to update the DNS records to the following:
Primary DNS Name: NS1.PCGHOSTING.NET
Primary DNS IP Address: 207.44.247.28
Secondary DNS: NS2.PCGHOSTING.NET
Secondary DNS IP Address: 207.44.247.29
Modifying the Administrative, Billing or Technical Contact
It is crucial that you keep these three contact records up to date with whomever is your registrar. The process for all registrars is basically the same - you go to their web site and log in to their "control panel." From there you can modify the names, addresses and email addresses of the appropriate personnel.
Changing the Registrant (Owner) of a Domain Name
Changing the registrant or owner of a domain name is usually a bit more involved that modifying other information. Please consult with the registrar of the domain name to see what they require to complete this process.
Help! My Domain Name Has Expired or Is Not Working
If it appears your web site is down, please verify that the domain is paid for and current. You can use Netwok Solutions' whois page to determine this - note the date listed by "Record Expires On:" Sometimes customers will think their web site is down when in reality, they forgot to renew their domain name and it expired.
If you domain name expired, you will need to contact the registrar to renew it.
